China's MSN Website developed this tool called:
MSN Cartoon
It only works in "Internet Explorer" (duh! it's Microsoft's), and You'll have to install a plugin for IE, and deal with chinese symbols. Any brazilian that could play with the SEGA console and pirate games, can deal with that!
And you can create your own customized Avatar to use in your MSN. Too bad I don't use the software, but the pics are niiiice!
